Over 30,000 successful sewer rehabilitation jobs have been completed using the Top Hat Lateral Sealing System.

Top Hat is the first system in the industry to offer a permanent lateral connection sealing in relined pipelines. The Top Hat system installs a Polyester or Vinylester impregnated corrosion resistant fiberglass insert into the lateral opening. An Epoxy component achieves superior bonding on wet surfaces. Top Hats can be installed on 6” to 21” mainline laterals.

The unique fiberglass insert fits T and Y connections. The laminate is placed on the applicator, driven to the lateral opening and inserted by air inversion. It is then UV-light cured in just 7 minutes. The standard installation reaches approximately 6 inches into the lateral and 3 inches around it.

The system offers many special solutions such as installing a full wrap in the main line and installations reaching 2 feet into the lateral.
