The performance and durability of U-Liner™ is what sets it apart from almost every other rehabilitation technology.
U-Liner™ is manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and contains no plasticizers, processing aids, alloys or fillers which can, over the course of time, degrade the short and long term physical properties of the product.
The information contained in the following downloadable files verifies, through independent third-party testing, the physical properties and long-term performance characteristics of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and U-Liner™ pipe.

ASTM F 1533-97 Standard Specification for Deformed Polyethylene (PE) Liner
This standard specification covers the requirements and test methods for materials of deformed PE liner intended for the rehabilitation of gravity flow and non-pressure pipelines. The standard governs processes involved in installing a deformed liner then reforming the liner with heat and pressure to fit tightly to the inside of the original pipeline.
ASTM F 1606-95 Standard Practice for Rehabilitation of Existing Sewers and Conduits with Deformed Polyethylene (PE) Liner
This standard covers the requirements for the installation of deformed polyethylene (PE) liner for pipeline rehabilitation with little or no excavation. The standard applies to the rehabilitation of 3 inch to 18 inch pipelines utilizing materials which are governed by the manufacturing methods identified in ASTM F 1533-97.
