Poly-Triplex® Technology is revolutionizing the way environmental and utility problems are solved. Our patented liner system leads the industry in offering a permanent solution to corrosion, infiltration and exfiltration.

Structure:

Poly-Triplex® Liners consist of three structural fabric components, and are fabricated at our manufacturing facility to ensure a custom fit for each project. The displayed manhole structure was extremely deteriorated, and was subject to severe infiltration. The structure has been cleaned and grouted, and is now ready for the Poly-Triplex® Liner to be installed.

Process:

The liner is saturated at the jobsite with an epoxy resin that will bond to wet or dry surfaces, and is lowered into place inside the structure. To cure the liner, pressure up to 1,000lbs per square foot is applied, and steam is injected at 325 degrees(Fahrenheit). This process causes the removable inflation bladder to fully expand similar to a water balloon, forcing the liner to fill gaps, and bond to the surface of the structure, stopping all active infiltration.

After curing, the inflation bladder is removed - leaving the liner pressurized into the contours of the existing structure, forming a totally bonded, laminated composite. All indentations and openings of the original structure have been sealed, permanently stopping further deterioration, infiltration and exfiltration

Once the inflation bladder is removed, pipe openings are reopened with a reciprocal or offset grinder. The liner is trimmed at the invert channel, and the sub-floor is removed.

The structure is now completely rehabilitated - and the Poly-Triplex® Liner System is guaranteed to keep the problems solved for at least 10 years. Our liner system works and it keeps on working - that's the Poly-Triplex® Difference.
